It has been a good week at Global Village.
I would like to welcome the following new students: Maliyah, Ayden, and Vida . We are happy you are here!
This week the Theme is "The 5 Senses" The teachers have a lot of activity planned around this, both in English, Spanish, and Chinese. The children learn and enjoy the morning circle time in either Spanish or Chinese, where they are learning shapes, numbers, colors, songs, and other phrases in their second language. In the afternoon we have "English Circle Time" to learn and review early learning skills in English. VIP-This Wednesday, September 27th we will have an "Open House" from 6pm-7pm. Parents are welcome to stop by anytime and tour your child/s class, meet the Teachers, and let your child show you around. On back to school night, Ms. Becca and Mr. Brian will be on site to give you details regarding weekly Zumba or weekly Soccer. You will have the opportunity to sign your children up for these fun activities. These are extra curricular, and there is an additional charge, paid directly to them. Thank you for not allowing your child to bring "toys or stuffed animals" to school. It has made a big difference. With weather changing, make sure your child has a sweat shirt or jacket on hand at all times during the Fall season. Please do not send children in sandals, as it is not safe running on the playground, etc. Closed toed shoes are best. Reminder that invoices are sent out on the 1st of each month and tuition is due in full by the 5th of every month. Thanks for your timely payments.
