Registration & Tuition Fees

Try A FREE full day experience for your child prior to registering!

  • Choose from 2, 3 & 5 full day programs. (The program for toddlers is 5-day)

  • Year round program

  • Breakfast, lunch and a snack included in tuition

  • No additional charge for extended days

  • $75 Annual Registration Fee/$60 for each additional child (non-refundable) Payable each July 1 – Original Registration fees are pro-rated

  • Drop in Rate: $95 per day

As a nonprofit charitable organization, Global Village International is committed to providing engaging daily programs focused on educational excellence. Our nurturing, diverse international setting will support your child as he or she begins to learn a second language.

Our base tuition is very competitive with other centers such as KinderCare, Goddard, Primrose, Early Childhood Adventures, and Children's Landing Center. We encourage you to take a tour and have your child try a full day for FREE to see & experience our program.

  • We offer a wide range of options & discounts for families including CCAP.

  • Schedule an appointment with us to assess which program (and possible discounts) will work for your individual family.

 

Discounts (only one discount can be taken per family)

  • Families qualifying for CCAP (Colorado Child Care Assistance Program) Please visit the CCAP website here

  • Sibling discounts (up to 10% off- varies based on other discounts)

  • Military families (10% off)

  • "Scholarships" for a limited number of families who may not qualify for CCAP but whose income limits their ability to afford full tuition rates

  • 5% discount for paying tuition in advance for 4 or more months 

 

Before and After-School Care (up 12 years of age)

  • Before OR After school care - $360 per month

  • Before AND After school care - $475 per month

 

Vacation Days

To retain your child’s spot during vacation, 50% of your regular tuition is due.

  • Vacation days can be used if written notice is given in advance for the days the child will not be in attendance. 

  • Tuition must be paid prior to going on vacation. 

  • These fees are non-refundable if you choose not to return. 

  • Vacation days only apply if your child is normally scheduled to attend on those days.

  • Each child is given 5 vacation days each school year.

All billing services for Global Village International Preschool are handled through the GVI Accounting office and electronic invoices are sent. 

 

The following list of questions and answers will help guide you in paying your child care tuition and related fees:

 

How will I receive my invoice?

An invoice will be emailed to the address you listed on file with the child care center.

 

When will I receive my invoice?

All tuition and fee related invoices will be emailed weekly on the Monday prior to weekly attendance and fees are due the Friday prior to attendance.   In case of a Monday holiday, invoices will be sent the prior Monday

 

How will I pay my invoice?

 

Payment Option 1:

  • A payment link will appear on every invoice you receive.

  • You can initiate a one-time payment or sign up for automatic payments by accessing the payment link.

  • You may pay your invoice with a credit/debit card online.

  • The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ACH or bank accounts.

  • The link for the payments will remain the same and will not change month to month.

  • Enrollment in automatic payments is highly encouraged and very much appreciated.

  • The payment link is: https://earlylearningventures.org/payments/.

  • Please be sure to select the preschool your child attends as the “ELV Center” on the payment site.

 

Payment Option 2:

Please call the billing office at 720-496-9343 to make a payment over the phone. The same forms of payment are accepted over the phone: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ACH or bank accounts.

 

When is my payment due?

The payment due date is listed on your invoice and your account may be subject to late fees of $50 or more if not paid on time.
