Dear Parents,
It's hard to believe it is already October. I have see so much growth in the children so far! They are learning and making new friends. We look forward to Fall season. We will be having a Harvest Festival on October 30th at 3:00 pm.

We will have fun stations in each classroom, cookie decorating, parade in costumes, and more.
There will be a sign up outside your child's class to bring food and treats.
Mark you calendar and join us if you can!
Our first "Parent Night" went well. Parents attended the seminar and we had free child care for the children. I will be organizing a "Parents Night Out" in November, on a Friday or Saturday from 6:00 pm-10:00 pm. The kids can come here for free childcare and a pizza party, while Parents get free time. Details coming! We need your help!As most of you know Ms. Joan is from Puerto Rico. Her home town, Ceiba (say-bah,) was hit hard, and is in great need of supplies. We want to help.
We are going to have a fundraiser/donation and send some supplies to Puerto Rico.
We will collect for the next 10 days and send them off.
A huge Thank You from Joan in advance.
There will be a bin outside each classroom. Some suggestions are:
Diapers
Wipes
Non Perishable Food(canned goods)
Mosquito Spray
C and D Batteries
Feminine Products
We also can accept financial donations via a web site that Joan will have information.
This week we are learning the Letter A and Y. We are also working on our word wall and sight words. The children are having fun learning all about apples and arts and crafts with Apples.
Reminder: Please send a coat to school each day.
Congrats to Ms. Marcela on completing another Early Childhood College Class this semester!Sincerely,
Patty BrownGVIP Parker Directorpbrown@gvipreschools.org
